Pick the earliest time that works for your home. The Smart Construction team will confirm and arrive on the scheduled day to walk the roof, gutters, siding, and exterior trim.

60-minute slots — enough time to document storm damage with photos, soft-metal indicators, and a written summary.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat 10am-2pm Central Time. Times shown in the calendar reflect your device timezone; the inspection itself runs on America/Chicago (Central Time).
Service area: across the Twin Cities Metro from the Blaine office. See service areas for neighborhood detail.
Weather-aware: if a Twin Cities storm system shifts our schedule, we will reach out to reschedule before your slot.
What to have ready: insurance carrier name (if a claim is open), date of the suspected storm, photos if you have any.

After you book

Confirmation: you receive an email from Smart Construction & Remodeling, Inc. confirming the inspection time and contact details.
Day of inspection: the inspector typically arrives at the scheduled time (weather and crew capacity permitting), walks the roof and exterior, and documents storm damage with photos and measurements.
Damage report: within one to two business days you receive a documented damage summary and the contractor-side paperwork needed for an insurance claim if one is open.
Restoration path: if storm damage is found, the team walks the homeowner through repair or replacement options and continues contractor-side support through the carrier process.
