Warranty terms depend on the signed project scope, installed materials, manufacturer coverage, and workmanship terms provided with the final contract.

Before work starts

Ask Smart Construction for the written warranty terms that apply to your roof, siding, window, or restoration project before approving the work.

What this warranty does not cover

This warranty does not cover damage from subsequent storms, weather events, structural movement, normal wear after the warranty period, or work performed on the home by other contractors. New storm damage is addressed under a separate inspection and contract.
